Sylvotherapy

In a sylvotherapy session, participants are guided through a slow, mindful immersion in a forest or wooded environment. The experience typically begins with gentle breathing exercises or grounding techniques to help participants become present and connected to nature.

They may then engage in quiet walking, sensory awareness activities (like listening to forest sounds or noticing textures), and intentional connection with trees—such as touching, leaning against, or sitting near them. Some sessions may include meditation, reflection, or group sharing.

Reiki Therapy

$100 1 hour

In a Reiki session, participants typically lie down fully clothed in a quiet, peaceful environment while a trained practitioner gently places their hands on or just above specific areas of the body. The session begins with a brief check-in, followed by a series of hand positions intended to channel healing energy and promote balance throughout the body.

Most people experience a deep sense of relaxation, warmth, or tingling sensations as energy flows. The session is gentle, non-invasive, and tailored to each individual's needs, aiming to release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical well-being.

Mindset Coaching

In a mindset coaching session, participants engage in a focused, one-on-one conversation with a coach to explore limiting beliefs, clarify goals, and develop empowering thought patterns. The session typically begins with identifying specific challenges or areas where the participant feels stuck, followed by guided questioning to uncover underlying thought habits and emotional blocks.

The coach then helps reframe these beliefs and introduces practical tools—such as visualization, affirmations, or cognitive techniques—to shift perspective and build a more confident, growth-oriented mindset.

By the end of the session, participants often feel more motivated, self-aware, and equipped with actionable strategies to move forward with clarity and purpose.
